Shipping & Returns
Please read it carefully before ordering any products from this site. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by this policy.
Australia-wide shipping
1. We offer FREE shipping on all orders above $150 AUD Australia-wide that typically arrives in 3-7 business days.
2. For orders below $150 AUD we offer a flat shipping rate of $10 AUD Australia-wide that typically arrives in 3-7 business days.
3. We do not send orders to P.O. Boxes, so please provide us with a full postal address.
4. We use Australia Post and track shipping, so all deliveries must be signed for. If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the item, it will be taken by Australia Post and an information card will be left on your doorstep or mail box with the directions to pick up the item at an Australia Post office. If the order is returned to us because you didn’t pick it up within the lead-time required by Australia Post, you will be required to pay a full Australian Post re-postage fee for re-delivery of your parcel.
International Shipping
1. International shipping costs will be calculated based on Australia Post and will consider destination, weight and packaging dimensions. You need to Contact us so we can inform you about the cost. You will be given the option with and without insurance. After you approve the shipping cost we will update your order and send you payment details.
2. We do not send orders to P.O. Boxes, so please provide us with a full postal street address.
3. Delivery for International shipping ranges from 7-21 business days.
4. Dejoi Art is not responsible for any Customs fees, import duties or taxes incurred for International deliveries, and these are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery times
1. Items in stock: are shipped within 1-2 business days of the order confirmation. We ship Monday to Friday (except public holidays).
2. Customised items or items not available in stock at the moment of purchase: please allow 3 weeks for our joyful making and shipping plus Australia Post delivery time.
3. Standard delivery times are 3-7 business days from shipping date. Dejoi Art cannot be responsible for third part delays in transit. Please note that at the end of year standard delivery times can be longer.

Returns & Exchanges
Under the Australian Consumer Law, the customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by consumer guarantees. However, as Dejoi Art wants you to be happy with your purchase we also accept ‘change of mind’ returns following the policy below.
1. Change of mind
. You have 5 business days to contact us upon receipt of your items to request a refund due to ‘change of mind’. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. So please Contact us as soon as you know you will want to return your item, so we can create a process for you.
. To be eligible for a ‘change of mind’ return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Dejoi Art will not be liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for refund.
. Please remember to obtain a valid tracking number and keep a certificate of postage from the post office since this will act as your proof of delivery. Dejoi Art won’t be responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, a flat rate of $10 AUD will be deducted from your total refund to partially cover Dejoi Art shipping cost of the items sent to you at the moment of purchase. This deduction also considers orders above $150 AUD.
. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify it was received and the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days to be confirmed.
2. Damaged or faulty items
We want you to be happy with your purchase so we are careful to ensure each item is quality checked before sending it. However, if the item you receive is damaged please Contact us within 5 business days of receiving the order so we can create a process for you. If your item is found to be damaged, you will be offered a refund, repair or exchange alternative including shipping costs.
3. Customised items
Please note that custom made items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded, unless they were damaged during transportation. Please Contact us immediately so we can confirm you how the piece will be fixed and returned to you in the original condition.
